How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours from our Texas, Pennsylvania, or Manchester warehouses. Standard ground delivery is 3-5 business days within the US and 2-4 days within the UK. Freight items (racks, full plate sets) typically arrive in 5-10 business days.
What's covered under your warranty?
Power rack and rig frames carry a lifetime structural warranty. Bars are covered for 5-10 years against shaft bend or sleeve failure (varies by brand). Plates carry a lifetime warranty against breakage on standard use. Pads, cables, and consumables have shorter terms — typically 1-3 years. We handle every claim directly: email us, send a photo, we ship a replacement.
Can I return equipment if I change my mind?
90-day returns on unused equipment in original packaging. Customer pays return freight on standard returns; we cover return freight if the item arrived damaged or wasn't as described. Custom-color or custom-built items are non-returnable, and that's flagged clearly on the product page before you order.
Do you offer financing?
Affirm and Klarna are available at checkout for orders over $500. We also offer 30-day net terms for commercial customers and academic institutions with approved credit — email wholesale@ironforgepro.com to set up an account.
Do you ship internationally outside the US and UK?
We ship to Canada, the EU, and Australia for selected items on a quote basis. Contact our team with your address and a list of products and we'll come back with a freight quote and lead time within one business day.
Do you offer installation services?
For commercial facilities, yes — white-glove install is available in most US and UK metro areas through our partner network. For residential installs, we provide detailed assembly guides and phone support; most home gym setups are achievable in a weekend with a friend.
