Pads, cables, and consumables have shorter terms — typically 1-3 years. We handle every claim directly: email us, send a photo, we ship a replacement.
Yes — 90-day returns on unused equipment in original packaging. Customer pays return freight on standard returns; we cover return freight if the item arrived damaged or wasn't as described.
